Client-side coordination of Section 23 pedestrian crossing processes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; TRO consultation, notices, advertisement and objections; Section 106 obligations and developer contributions; planning, land and highway boundaries, approvals and consents. CPO interfaces and coordination support.
Investigations & Pre-Construction
Coordinating specialist investigations: utility surveys, drainage, flood risk, ground investigations and geotechnical surveys. Managing environmental constraints and risks through feasibility, design and construction, including ecological surveys, protected species and habitats, Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs) and engagement with Natural England.
Stakeholder & Public-Sector Support
